About the Iga-Koka Ninja Council

The Council aims to promote tourism over a wide area through collaboration between the Iga and Koka schools of ninja, a common world-class tourism resource of Iga and Koka, which have been recognised as a Japanese Heritage Site (recognised on 28 April 2009). It was established with the aim of further developing Iga-Koka, the home of the ninja, by utilising various local resources including ninja, creating wide-area tourism tour routes and experience menus to attract travellers, and disseminating information and promoting the area both domestically and internationally.
