List of constituent cultural properties

Japanese Heritage is a group of valuable cultural properties that are recognized together with stories that tell the history and culture of a region. The “component cultural properties” that make up these properties include shrines, temples, castle ruins, traditional townscapes, industrial heritage, natural scenery, festivals, and many others.
This page introduces the component cultural properties scattered throughout Iga-Kouga and explores the fascinating history and culture of each. We hope that you will find it helpful in your travels to learn more about the ninja villages.
