This is a former residence of the Koka Mochizuki clan, and is said to have been built during the Genroku era in the Edo period. It hides tricks such as a secret tunnel, hidden staircase, and hidden doors in the house, which is one of the few that still exist today as a ninja house. Medicine also used to be produced and sold here.
